– Race
– Religion
– Political opinion
– Ethnicity
– Membership in a particular social group (this ground includes gays, lesbians, transgenders and bisexuals)

You may be eligible to apply for asylum if:

– You are a Saudi Arabia citizen,
– You identify as gay, lesbian, transgender or bisexual,
– You have no other citizenship other than Saudi Arabia.

To apply for gay asylum, you need to be physically in the United States (on American soil). We cannot assist people who are still in their home countries or who are outside the United States.

We helped and continue to help LGBT people from Saudi Arabia.

If your lgbt asylum application is approved, you can stay and work in the United States and may become eligible to apply for your green card one year after your asylum approval.

Asylum process is federal law. That means our group can help you wherever you are in the United States.
